Main Features
- A high efficiency design featuring dramatically improved dynamic precision.
- The pressure guide uses a high precision needle bearing, for remarkable enhancement in instantaneous response and durability.
- Platen precision is based on the highly precise Japanese Industrial Standards JIS-C9307.
- Even difficult welds such as those at multiple points or involving ring projections can be made with assured stable quality.
- The stroke of the upper platen electrode (pressure cylinder) can be adjusted steplessly, facilitating changes in jig electrodes. Moreover, the optimum, stroke for the workpiece is assured.
- The height of the lower platen electrode can also be adjusted downward steplessly, allowing workpieces of large size or special configuration to be accomn1odated with ease.
- The low energy design featuring extremely high productivity and economy makes for a great reduction in power burden.
- The welding transformer is designed for high frequency usage to withstand highly severe work conditions.
- To meet diversifying welding needs, a key-operated microcomputer constant current multi-function timer (with monitor) is optionally available.
- The main circuit switches uses a thyristor for long life and greater electrical savings.
